2009: Yantai Raytron Technology Co., Ltd. was founded. The registered capital is $30 million, covering an area of about 30000 m2 in photoelectric industrial zone of Yantai.
2011: Raytron’s industry project of uncooled infrared focal plane chips, devices and camera was listed in the first batch of strategic emerging industries of Shan Dong province.
2011: Research center of Yantai photoelectric sensor engineering technology is approved. The R & D and industrialization platform of MEMS is put into use, with total area of 25000 m2and the high grade clean room of 1200 m2.
2014: Raytron obtained the IC design enterprise qualification through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
