Raytron has established a full industrial chain layout integrating thermal sensors, detectors, core modules and units. The Company has mastered core technologies and manufacturing processes for the entire industrial chain of uncooled infrared imaging, including integrated circuit design, MEMS sensor design and manufacturing, package testing, core image algorithm development, and system integration. 

With the release of the world’s first 8μm 1920×1080 infrared detector chip in 2021, Raytron contributed to the development of small-pixel infrared thermal imaging optics and image algorithms around the globe, and accelerated the widespread application of ultra-small-pixel infrared focal plane detector chips in multiple new fields.

Relying on the Company’s core technologies and industry-leading mass production platforms in the fields of uncooled infrared focal plane chips, devices, modules and units, Raytron has actively deployed III-V compound semiconductor technology platforms to support R&D and industrialization of photon detectors and semiconductor lasers, and completed R&D and manufacturing of InGaAs short-wave thermal sensors, short-wave infrared cores and multi-spectral PTZ products.
